Martin Brothers Contracting has been family owned and operated since it’s 1983 founding by John and Carlton Martin. With 40 successful years in business, Martin Brothers is now poised to become a second-generation company in its fifth decade. In addition to the resources required for handling large construction projects, Martin Bros. provides the hands-on participation and attention to detail that comes with a small business.

GENERAL CONTRACTING
Our General Contracting team has had a hand in crafting many buildings and infrastructure projects—from straight forward to highly complex—throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Keystone projects include Webster First Federal Credit Union operations center, Becker College science center, American Red Cross headquarters building and Patrick Subaru retail facilities. Our services include design/build, pre-construction services, plans and specifications, permit applications, sub-contractor selection and management, materials procurement, temporary utilities on site, site surveying and engineering, disposal and/or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cashflows, safety management, and quality control.
CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
Our work as a General Contractor is complimented by our Cast in Place Concrete division where we provide cast in place construction services to a wide range of industries and General Contractors. Our concrete construction services range from standard concrete floors to technically complex curved foundations and structures.
Keystone concrete projects include American Red Cross curved building foundation, Patrick Motors building foundation, St. Mary’s Credit Union building foundation, Wyman Gordon rotary furnace foundation, Wyeth Pharmaceutical containment structures, Becker College Science Center, Town of Westborough sewer pump station foundation, City of Danvers waste water treatment facility foundation and containment tanks, and Woods Hole Research Center wind turbine foundation. Martin Brothers has an extensive inventory of both Symons Steel-ply formwork and formwork accessories for job built applications.
